Dolores. In order to have this discussion with those who differ in opinion, it would be helpful to understand their position. I would recommend you look into the khazarian conspiracy. YouTube it.

Brother John uk,

I was refreshed by your post to brother Rodney(and Rodney's as well). There was a time in my life when people had the same reaction to the life that burst forth from my inner being. It was not the old me. It was new. Love, joy, peace &self sacrifice are an incredibly powerful witness for the power of the Lord. It is the good news, not only for this life. It is that life that bursts from us that is the true witness of the word. The word that is sharp and piercing, yet, such a compassionate sword.

I too long for that which was so evident at one time in me.

A broken and contrite heart, Lord, you will not despise.

I will pray for you both.
I hope you will pray for me.

May we seek him with our faces in the dust.

Peace brethren

Good morning Christopher. If you are on the SA app. Then you can't see all the comments. You have to go to the website for that. But based on the comments a post was submitted that stated "the love of the brethren has grown cold here."

To say that the love of the brethren has grown cold is to say that it basically no longer exists. Can we say that for sure?

Ladybug.Imo I wouldn't say no one cares, but I will say many are influenced and pressured whether by others or themselves to kind of fall in line and, not disturb the routine. It makes me more sad than angry, because, I think most prefer it that way.

Thank you again for the video. Blessings to you

Unprofitable... i here you. Asking how someone's job is going or how kids are doing is a fine conversation to have. But more times than not it is filler conversation for an empty heart that struggles with the deep things even being brought up. (Maybe empty heart was a little harsh, but certainly is the case with some).
I remember when I was so on fire for the Lord at the beginning, hungering for like minded brothers and sisters to pant with in the word. It was at first heartbreaking to have so many look at you as some kind of spiritual fanatic. It became apparent to me that so many had no fire for the Lord. They were cliques. I can recall a table of elderly folks at a fellowship dinner that didn't want us to sit at there table because it would, I don't know, ruin the routine?

It can be very heartbreaking. But in the end. God uses it to make his elect stronger.

May God grant us strength in trial.

Ladybug... Thank you for that video. It touches on a big problem for sure. As " in tears " said, it gets quiet when you want to talk about the things of the Lord. Many would rather talk of soothing things. And sadly, a conversation with a pastor has to be scheduled with a secretary. Heartbreaking.

In tears... you are not alone in this matter.

May we always keep our eyes on him while we walk on water, lest we find ourselves sinking.

Blessings and encouragement this day to all the brethren. And let us pray for those in the fire of persecution and heavy trials in the world. May the Lord continue to refine in the fire the sons of Levi. And may he bless us in power to spread the word amongst all creation that he puts in our path.

May we always be an obedient, joyful people in the midst.

P.s.
Now I know why I couldn't go back to sleep.

Seems to me, the common thread of conversion is experience. How can we know someone we've never met? Although I had read the bible and prayed several times for Jesus to come into my heart I never had power over the sin I so loved/hated. Then one day, so fed up with myself, I found myself weeping in the shower, convinced that I would seek his face continually until he came and changed me. I believed his words that said " you will seek me and you will find me, when you seek me with all your heart". After several days of heavy prayer and warfare against myself HE came. There Was Great Joy, NO Recollection of sin. His words flowed into my mind and heart and out of my mouth. I experienced true communion. It is the transformation and his power to hate the sin you once loved that confirms the truly converted.

Let us not forget that God can put his purpose into the heart of even the most evil people. No matter what you think of this woman,

John 11:49-52(ESV)
but one of them,Caiaphas who was high priest that year, said to them, "you know nothing at all. Nor do you understand that it is better for you that one man should die for the people, not that the whole nation should perish." he did not say this of his own accord, but being high priest that year he prophesied that Jesus would die for the nation. and not for the nation only, but also to gather into one the children of God who were scattered abroad.

John Uk, Michael H., Christopher... I have enjoyed the commentary.my prayer is that people would not be scared of the word experience. As I've said before, it seems that people Have been so turned off by charismatic chaos that they almost despise the word experience.

I once was blind, but the shepherd gave me the experience of sight.precious indeed

How does one believe if they haven't experienced the presence of God Almighty? Those who are his must experience the healing power of regeneration, otherwise are you his?
