Putin, and other authoritarians such as the leader of North Korea are not celebrating a Biden and victory, and the Chinese will be unhappy when we finally get a competent leader in the White House. |

Ben Kamisar wrote: .... While the Republican Party’s 2012 presidential nominee said that Trump is within his right to pursue every legal avenue available to him, Romney said he believes that if those efforts don’t change the outcome, “he will accept the inevitable.”“I think it's fine to pursue every legal avenue that one has. But I think one has to be careful in the choice of words. I think when you say that the election was corrupt or stolen or rigged, that's unfortunately rhetoric that gets picked up by authoritarians around the world,” Romney said. “It also discourages confidence in our democratic process here at home. And with a battle going on right now between authoritarianism and freedom, why, I think it's very important that we not use language which can encourage a course in history which would be very, very unfortunate.”.... excerpt from, "Romney warns Trump to be 'careful' with rhetoric as he pursues legal challenges"https://tinyurl.com/y2jmkkv I should point out to others that I am a registered Independent. I'm not a big fan of Kamala. Also is she on record for demanding women get abortions, When others demand a woman may not get an abortion when it would save that woman's life❗ |

Russell Moore wrote: Why are many evangelical leaders, including some who pontificate on nearly everything else, scared silent as evangelicalism is associated with everything from authoritarianism and bigotry to violations of religious freedom?...Worst of all, what happens when evangelicalism is no longer even clear about what it takes to be saved: repentance from sin and personal trust in Jesus Christ? For years, secular progressives have said that evangelical social action in America is not about religious conviction but all about power. They have implied that the goal of the Religious Right is to cynically use the “moral” to get to the “majority,” not the other way around. This year, a group of high-profile old-guard evangelicals has proven these critics right.... https://tinyurl.com/y8x38cpf (Russell Moore: Why this election makes me hate the word ‘evangelical’) I believe this is the article that Russell Moore wrote for the first Trump run for the presidency and almost got him fired, for telling the truth brf, you have a point. Adriel, I would point out that right-wing extremists are every bit as bad as the left-wing ones https://tinyurl.com/y576t94t (Should Christians try to force the kingdom on others?) |

Yes, this particular article does give the opinions of people who are both against and for Trump--in that order. "Americans take to streets to celebrate or protest against Joe Biden's victory over Donald Trump" https://tinyurl.com/y46z99se However inside of this article it is linked to this one.
Matt Liddy, Matt Martino, Tim Leslie, Colin Gourlay, Georgina Piper and Cristen Tilley wrote: .... Another Biden victory, albeit a small one, came in Nebraska. It’s one of only a couple of states that give two votes to the statewide winner and a vote to the winner of each of its congressional districts. Biden won the state’s 2nd Congressional District. If the result had gone down to the wire, that one vote could have been crucial for a Biden win, but in the end it was icing on the cake.... excerpt from, "How Trump’s ‘beautiful map’ turned against him"https://tinyurl.com/y4u7zsej As a Never-Trumper, I was also hoping that my congressional district would have given Biden another Electoral College vote, but unfortunately, it wasn't to be. But for millions of voters, including myself, who made up the majority the who did vote for Biden part of our prayers are answered, At least we were going to have another President besides Trump👍 |

I wonder if they would accept help from great Britain? They used to be Commonwealth country. We shouldn't let the English off the hook for their former colonies. |

As Trump has proven time and again, he's not a conventional President. It's one of the key reasons his supporters voted for him in 2016 and why they've come out in even greater numbers for him in 2020. I would hope, but I really don't expect, President Biden to do something about this. It is also Boris Johnson's problem. I hope he will pay a little more attention to these criminal actions |
