Our 70mph maximum speed limit (which means 80mph) could do with reducing to 45mph, thereby reducing deaths on the road. Even better, let us make illegal these ridiculously high speeds of trains and taxis and airplanes, and get back to donkeys such as Jesus used. That would reduce deaths by about 99.9%.
