This so reminds me of the scripture in Mat.24:10-13
And many will fall away and betray one another and hate one another. And many false prophets will arise and lead many astray. And because lawlessness will be increased the love of many will grow cold. But the one who endures to the end will be saved. And this gospel of the kingdom will be proclaimed throughout the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.

Hi Mike, could be right about that little ole lady but in my encounter, this guy was handed a mask by the receptionist as he signed in and he held it in his hand and carried with him to see the doctor (not mine either) a woman family dr. You are suppose to call in first and be told when to come in. He didn’t, just walked in elevator and we waited for another one. They said something about that to him as well. So narcissistic!!
Tim, you know, it’s so hard to love people like him and so tempting to hit them with a bowling ball or whatever is handy but my doctor is so right, now a days you might be putting your own life in danger to say or do anything.
Prayers for my husband, having lots of pain in his lower back area from arthritis or something. Thanks 😊

Hi Tim, just read the same scripture during devotionals this morning and was comforted greatly.Thing is this man was younger and my husband is in bad health and could die and yet the man was belligerent and angry at me.
The next day on my iPhone a news flash came up on Fox News; elderly woman hits man with her cane because he wasn’t wearing a mask, looks like someone got belligerent with the wrong woman 😂

Wish I had thought of that verse,Norm. My doctor told me not to ever say anything to these people but to get as far away as I can from them. The other guy sat in same seat this man had vacated and his nose was not covered and just wondering how that all worked out, hopefully neither one carried the virus.🤓

Reminds me of the catacombs when Christians were persecuted by Nero and other wicked leaders. Where there’s a will, there’s a way. No one has gotten sick so far at our church. We have to go to the doctors (8 for my husband ). Had to go recently and strict guidelines are practiced including, everyone has to wear a mask. A young man checked in not wearing a mask, holding the one that was given to him. Used the hand sanitizer on the wall and sat down a few feet from me. I asked why he wasn’t wearing a mask to protect others, yet used sanitizer to protect himself. Gave excuse, they do no good and finally said in anger, it was his life and body and he could do whatever he wanted concerning himself. No arrests were made, no fine. Wasn’t long another one came
mask half covering his face. Where can you hide, I hide under the wings of God and His feathers cover me there.
Keep me as the apple of your eye;hide me in the shadow of your wings,v.9 from the wicked who do me violence, my deadly enemies who surround me. Psa 17

Very encouraging because we need the word preached and fellowship to continue during these days of fear and anxiety and unrest.

Is this the stage being set for the terror of the reign of the AntiChrist? I heard a message from pastor on ,The Rise and Fall Of The AntiChrist this morning based on 2 Thess 2:3-12. What life will be like if for those that miss the rapture. Believe me you don’t want to be here. Not time to play church, people and he brought out that he knows pastors personally that aren’t even sure if they have ever had a salvation experience, really fuzzy about the whole thing. Anyway, thoughts about it when I read this.

There are some on here that need to revisit Jesus’s Sermon on the mound and allow the Holy Spirit to teach them a few lessons on real Christian love and what it actually means.
Jesus warned not to hate our enemies and brethren. For one thing it sets us up to be judged by God when we stand in judgment of others and say all kinds of evil against them. And hatred in the heart leads to other things including murder.
An example of this in recent news: A man dressed as a FedX driver, went to the home of a known woman Federal Judge and killed her son and wounded her husband. She happened to be in the basement at the time. The reason for the attack, he hated feminists and that included his own mother and we know that because he had written on social media his thoughts on the matter. Killed himself later. Extreme, not really as I have witnessed the same thing without the attack physically, just mentally.

Hi Carol, doing good, thanks for asking. I missed the forum and different People with their views on the news, especially the ladies. Hope you are staying safe, as well.

Thank you, John Uk, I actually meant for God’s blessings be upon you and peace from God throughout this day. There’s a song I love called,” One Day at a Time.” I have a tape that I listen to when I’m doing my daily walk. One day at a time, dear Jesus, that’s all I’m asking of you. Yesterday’s gone, sweet Jesus and tomorrow may never be mine, so teach me to take one day at a time. During this plague it has given me much peace to do this. This forum is a good place to be with fellowship among the brethren even when we don’t always agree, we learn from each other. You have always done that for me ever since I started on here years ago. Thanks again for the inspiration to face who knows what today 😊

Good morning, everybody. Pray for the Lord’s blessings to be on you and you are a light to those in darkness.
The church I attend is open and our pastor preached by live streaming to those who for different reasons cannot attend. His message one Sunday was basically that we need the fellowship and he is not afraid of catching virus and dying so he carries on with faith and using common sense. SSCLASS opens this month but leaves the decision to attend with the ones that are comprised with health issues.
I noticed the Billy Graham thread closed after only 48 comments but another is still open after 200

Yes, WF, thanks so much for that information, that’s one of the blessings I get on this forum, hearing something that someone knows that I didn’t. Very enlightening.

Hi JohnUk, I agree because to me its pretty close to what Paul encountered at Corinth so many idols and one unknown to cover all bases. Billy Graham being the humble man he was would not have wanted a statue put up to honor him. He always pointed to Christ and Christ alone as the way to salvation.

I am still in the elder older woman age group that should be teaching the younger women and I have done some of that as well. Thanks, for your kind words which is like being refreshed with a cup of cold water after working all day in the hot sun. Make God bless you and keep you safe, Dr Tim

By the way, I am 79 and thanks for being a Christian friend, Tim,and bringing some laughter on here to break the tension. At one time I wondered if I even should be commenting on here because I am a woman. I have had to be the spiritual leader in my family and have the responsibility of praying, reading Bible Stories and taking 4 children to church. They are all grown now with children of their own that was taken to church by them. God has been good to me and helped me through the years of good times and times of trials. Can’t complain.

Lady Bug, correcting your Opinion of what the error is and how you see it and your beliefs that differ from mine which is fine with me because I belong to Christ, filled with the Holy Spirit who is my teacher, guide, counselor and paralegal.

Hi Frank, actually Sermon Audio would say something about Franklin and Billy in a way that brought out the good they were doing and then whoever would bring an attack on them and then I would say what a blessing they have been to me all the years I’ve known them and simply gave my opinion which brought on a very heated discussion on the forum and I was personally attacked. Just got tired of defending my beliefs and opinion on different issues.

Good morning, Dr Tim. So refreshing to have your voice on here, I used to enjoy commenting but the attacks got a little too much for me personally. Your comments on here have been a blessing , gave me a good start for my day.
