Yes, I think that John UK is right. Scotland does want to break away from Britain and to stay within the EU, though it is independence only from Britain. There are no truly independent countries in the E.U., the emerging superstate of “United States of Europe”.

As for Northern Ireland that is being buttered up to be handed over lock, stock and barrel to the Republic of Ireland, EU and of course the currency eurozone. The older solid Protestant Unionists, loyal to the British Crown, are dying off, so the majority in N Ireland are veering to the Republic of Ireland anyway.

That means that N Ireland will automatically adopt all E.U. and Republic of Ireland laws anyway, even if a NI Assembly managed to meet and stop the imposed Westminster British laws imposing abortion and “gay marriage” on Northern Ireland.

It is also not fully certain anyway that Britain will actually leave the E.U. totally, or maybe continue with some “associate” membership of the EU. The political elite are determined to stop us going out of the EU without a deal at all costs.

What a great tragedy. This dear lady in the video section of the report, a devout Catholic who loved her church.

She also loved her younger brother. He had been abused by a bishop, no less, it had obviously caused him to go into the homosexual lifestyle headlong, and some years later, he had died of AIDS when this epidemic was cutting down the homosexual population in the 1970s and 1990s.

Meanwhile this wicked bishop, turned up at functions, where this family were present, always accompanied by a 12 or 13 year old boy, which even the bishop’s mother naively thought was some charitable act. Did no one smell a rat? Did no one investigate this strange trend?

This wicked man was able to survive as an ordinary priest, and then a bishop, and is apparently only now being investigated by the local police where he had been a bishop.

Meanwhile this poor Catholic lady mourns her younger brother, years later, knowing what had happened. What a terrible weight of sadness.

The tragedy us that this is not only happening in Catholic parishes and dioceses, with all the wrong doctrines, but even in biblical evangelical churches. Things are still being covered up.

We must pray for the young, and pray for our pastors and teachers, as the enemy is indeed going about as a roaring

Actually, North Korea, though technically a Communist atheist state, is actually a very religious state.

The compulsory state religion id enforced brutally on all North Koreans by law, with savage penalties for any non-compliance, and is what the North Korean government and Worker’s Party (Communist Party), call Juche, I believe, which basically is the absolute worship and devotion to the three leaders of the Kim family that have since 1948, and still, run North Korea, as their despotic absolute fiefdom or kingdom. That is Kim Il Sung, the founder of the state, his son, Kim Jong Il, and now the current leader, his grandson, Kim Jong Un.

Every North Korean must wear a badge with the first two leaders, a photograph clean and regularly dusted of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il, and also separately of Kim Jong Un, must be displayed in every house. People must go regularly to the nearest statue of these men, and lay flowers at the foot of it, bowing profusely.

Children sing songs in schools praising the supposed god like qualities of their “great leaders”, and in tremendous parades, acrobatic displays, television, radio programmes and theatrical productions, they are praised and exalted. This is the religion that is so threatened by true Biblical Christianity, and that is why

Mr Lincoln, Myanmar,Burma as it used to be called does actually have a state religion. It is called Buddhism, and the Buddhist clerical authorities and monks, along with the military who run the country believe that everybody should be Buddhist.

They also persecute the many ethnic minorities, many of whom are Christian, who are not ethnic Burmese.

If you have your way, and the evangelicals all lie down and accept the laws that are being made increasingly in mad states like New York and California, the USA will have have, and already does in a great measure, a state religion, enforced by law, which is atheistic secular humanism, but, of course, with special privileges and exemptions for Islam, which alone amongst other religions, will not have to obey its laws.

Biblical Christianity, and to a certain extent, the strict Orthodox form of Judaism, will be especially marked out for persecution.

You cannot have it both ways. Socialism with its religious system of secular humanism will always lead to this.

I am trying to be fair to this chap, and yet I often find myself drawn to the hard liners here that think this guy is just totally apostate. Here is my take on this Benny Hinn, who I have watched videos and heard sound recordings of, and have seen live in person on a couple of occasions.

1). I actually have heard in one or two occasions, this man actually preach a fairly good gospel sermon, and have seen a video where he laid into Joel Osteen over the latter not knowing about the uniqueness of the Lord Jesus Christ as the only way to be saved!!

2). However, to offset that, the false prophecies, prosperity doctrines and other outrageous teachings of this man, have deceived many and caused a great deal of heartache and confusion.

3). I do wonder, along with John from U.K., if Benny Hinn’s nephew’s book, (Costi Hinn), now a fully Reformed Evangelical pastor who attacks his uncle’s. theology has indeed got anything to do with this sudden “change” of theology. We will see!! Tragically, there has been very much damage already.

By the way, in my private devotions I do sing metrical psalms. I have a pocket TBS Bible with metrical psalms, and use a 1650 Metrical Psalms app on my phone for the times. (Yes, there is a piano, but I can shut it off once I know the tune). So, yes, though I do not fully hold to the unaccompanied psalms only position, I do love singing the psalms.

True, John from U.K., a church which only uses unnacompanied congregational psalms will never have CCM.

It is also true that if one has to choose between an evangelical church with modern worship, (and no church with traditional hymns and an organ was not available), and an unaccompanied psalms only church, I would obviously choose the latter.

I still have the problem that if the psalm says “ Worship with the psaltery or harp”, I would still feel odd that my church would not permit that!! I would also not be happy that I could never sing the name, “Jesus”, or look back to what the Lord has already done for me on Calvary, instead of naming the Lord Jesus Christ in hidden types and shadows and trying to look forward prophetically to what He would do at Calvary in the future.

Also some “unaccompanied psalms only” type churches do not use the KJV but modern Bibles like the ESV, and do have modern language psalters.

Having said all that, I agree with both solid Reformed and IFB churches, that make a strong stand for the traditional Bible (KJV / AV) and against CCM, whether they sing traditional doctrinal hymns with organ and / or piano, hymns and psalms, psalms only with organ (Dutch churches!!!), the “unaccompanied psalms only” churches.

Thankfully, after the great “apostolic” meeting and commissioning by Peter Wagner and other so called prophets and apostles, of Todd Bentley, and the terrible scandal that was taking place at the same time and was only found out two weeks or later, my church at the time did shut off from that movement completely. It did get affected by other things much later, under a new pastor, but that was some years later, and that was why I left that church with great sadness.

The Todd Bentley and other such “revivals” have caused absolute chaos in the church of the Lord Jesus Christ, and it is even worse when these characters are “rehabilitated” and “restored” by other self appointed “prophets”, “apostles”, and pastors, to continue their deception in a new format, a new location and their “ministry” in a new name.

We are to be aware to “test the spirits” as the Apostle John commands us, and that we are to be “sober and vigilant” and the “devil goes about as a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour”, as the Apostle Peter commands us, and that as the Apostle Paul informs us, the written Word of God, is sufficient for all doctrine. In these last days we must live by these principles, and exhort our brothers and sisters to do the same, so that we are not deceived.

A long time ago, when I was fully involved with a large Pentecostal Church in a large Midlands city in Britain, I became aware of “revival” meetings in Lakewood, Florida that everyone was raving about.

I had never heard of Todd Bentley, but was very aware of the “Toronto Blessing”, the Laughing Revival with Rodney Howard Browne as well as Pensacola, and disastrous out workings from these movements, and of course activities of people like Benny Hinn, Morris Cerrullo and others.

I quickly investigated the Todd Bentley “Outpouring”, and even watched some of the programmes broadcast on God TV, and was quickly shocked and disturbed.

Thankfully, my church as a whole did not embrace this “revival”, and did not send anyone to any if the British meetings associated with, or directly to Florida, but tragically some individuals in the church were deceived by it.

Interestingly, it is odd that the Hindus, who are supposed to be peaceful, pacifistic, and even usually strictly vegetarian people, seem to have renounced these principles when they are in power, and want to suppress any religious group by force and violence that threatens their monopoly, whether that group is evangelical Christian or Roman Catholic!!

What happened to the dangerous yoga and meditation practices, supposedly to bring about peace and love, as taught by their gurus and “holy men”, and occasionally women, and that they are foisting on church halls, liberal churches, and in schools in the West that do not know any different?

Let us just hope that the enthusiastic eyes of thousands of their Weatern devotees are opened whenever they get to hear of these things!! The true church of the Lord Jesus Christ will never be defeated. Praise be to God.

From what I understand the two ends of Nigeria are very different from each other.

The South is majority “Christian”, but (note the inverted commas), this tragically means every variety of prosperity gospel, false doctrine and all that one can think of, both of local origin and of the imported US / European variety. The local pastor sadly is often nothing more than a Christianised version of the old witch doctor, and rules his church as his own personal empire.

In the North, the churches are struggling little assemblies, living under militant sharia law states, run by fanatical Muslims, and then they always have the threat of guerrilla groups like Boko Haram and vengeful Muslim Fulani herdsmen raping, burning nd killing, with no support whatever, and maybe even collusion from the local and national governments.

There are not only the IFB churches, but also Reformed Baptist’s, some very evangelical Anglicans, and other evangelical churches, but they are preaching a totally different and real gospel from most of those churches in the south.

In successive years the BBC has turned its back on any hint of Judeo-Christian principles, in favour for political correctness, pro-abortion, pro-LGBT and Transgender, pro-“climate change” environmentalism, pro-euthanasia, and pro-EU, and definitely opposed to anything remotely Christian or conservative. Songs of Praise, and the BBC Radio 4 service, (Sunday morning on FM and a daily service on the little used Long Wave band), as well as special services at Christmas and Easter, (Resurrection Day), are about the only remnant or anything Christian left on the BBC.

Don’t forget that this BBC is the state supported television and radio network paid for by a compulsory licence fee, on all British tv owners as well as users of BBC internet tv services resident in Britain (including recorded iPlayer programmes), subject to fines in criminal law for non payment.

Thankfully those who only have radio (live or iPlayer radio only internet use), do not have to pay this charge, which was scrapped for radio quite a few years ago.

In my opinion with Freeview, cable, Internet and satellite tv services on the rise, competing with BBC (some of these require a private subscription, but which does not have legal penalties unlike the BBC), the compulsory BBC tv licence is completely anachronistic, and as it was for radio, it is high time that the tv licence was abolished., and that will no doubt mean that BBC will have to carry adverts instead.

Things have actually gone the other way and now BBC have decided to abolish free tv licences for over 75’s from next year, except for those who successfully apply for a very bureaucratic pension tax credit from the government.

On this one Jim Lincoln is right.

1). Putting aside her homosexuality / lesbianism, this lady is already disqualified from pastoral ministry, because she is a woman. The Lord established a clear order for the church, and while women can do many valuable and wonderful things in the church, leadership in the church is to be exclusively male.

2). This lady is, therefore, not only disqualified automatically for the pastorate, but due to her rebellious attitude and worse, her lesbianism, she is actually disqualified from being an ordinary church member, and should be excommunicated as a member from her congregation for that, until she repents from and renounced that attitude and lifestyle. Heresy is also involved as she teaches that the Bible affirms her lifestyle, which it most definitely does not. She would also have to renounce her teaching on that as well.

3). Sadly the UMC is in a real mess here, while it is welcome that some of the membership actually follow the Bible and what it says.

4). This lady does not need a denominational trial, but a church discipline administered by the local elders of her congregation. The UMC does however need to be very firm in this matter, without any ado, and get back to the scriptural standards.

Here in Britain, we do not have the luxury of armed church congregants, nor would we wish to in our culture that is so different from that of the US.

I personally believe that the US should be able to keep the 2nd Amendment if they wish, with proper safeguards, but in Britain, we do not and no doubt never will have that option.

Some farmers, a few huntsmen and country estate owners who have licenced game bird shooting are allowed to keep rifles and long manual shotguns with a police licence under extremely strict conditions, but revolvers, pistols and small guns were banned a couple of decades ago and legal weapons had to be handed in, after the Hungerford and Dunblane Primary School massacres, both carried out by deranged characters.

Assault, automatic and machine guns have never been allowed for civilians, only for military and police after special training.

No, here in Britain, we have to rely on prayer first and foremost, skilful ushers and door stewards, and careful liaison with local police. It is also helpful if there are police in the congregation.

I really hope that the frankness of this loathsome and modern clinical version of a priest of Molech, Chemosh, Baal or Astarte caused this lady BBC reporter to really reflect on her pro-abortion views.

Like the commentator in Lifesite News, I am astonished that the BBC editor was exceedingly clumsy, and did not dispatch this quite frank footage on the cutting room floor. Praise the Lord that it made it to the film that was shown to the tv licence fee paying public. The reporter might not have believed the anti-abortion Governor, who described the gruesome horror of these Nazi style late term abortions, but here she had from the abortionist himself, “from the horse’s mouth”, so to speak, the actual real truth, it is killing babies.

May that have convicted and convinced many of the viewers of this programme, to stand against the evils of abortion, even if it means changing long held liberal views on the matter.

Tragically, this happened in a library of Devon County Council. This county of Devon in the south west of England, is a beautiful rural and seaside county where I have had a number of holidays. Apart from the cathedral city of Exeter, and the naval port of Plymouth, it mainly has small towns and villages, and is not at all the big city urban environment where one would expect such nefarious goings on in public libraries, or a large LGBTQI + population.

I would have expected this sort of thing to be more in cities like London or Manchester, or the large South Coast seaside resort of Brighton and Hove, which is one of the main centres of LGBTQI + and Transgender activity outside London.

It is tragic that this shocking child abuse of “Drag Queen Story Hours”,and all the associated corruption is permitted to go on in our public library children’s sections.

These characters wear clothes and make up that actually many ladies would be horrified to wear, and it opens up the whole Pandora’s box of state sponsored sexualisation of children.

Let us reflect that God’s work of salvation is perfect, and we are not. Let Him that has begun a good work in us, complete it until that day, when He will take us up to that heavenly rest. We rest and trust in Him alone, and put all our confidence in our blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ to complete that work.
