To everyone who does not agree with this article and is on the side of the Christian bus driver, would you also then allow a Muslim driver to pray? Would you give the same rights to the Muslims? How loud can they pray?
I cannot speak for all believers, but what Israel and every other nation is doing to babies is an abomination, and they are being judged. But I don't understand your point, babies are murdered, and people are murdered, should we take one ministry and forget another? Christians do the best with the time God has given us, I might have more opportunities with abortionists, but in no way I will ignore Syrian people.
I don't think this is accurate, I know they have bad public ghetto like schools in Detroit and poor areas, the housing projects, understandable they would not know, but from YouTube, to war shooter video games, to ww2 movies, most people are familiar with this.
We had these walk outs before in my high school, I just used it to skip class. Good for them to make it only 17 minutes, and not more. But with the attention span of this generation, will they even care about this next week?
This man has no peace in his life, and is digging an even bigger hole for himself to fall into. He could use his situation to speak out against these "visits to heaven", repent, ask the Lord for forgiveness for his lies. It says he is paralyzed, that is just hard for him, it is sad to see a sinner go from bad to worse. The book publisher is not responsible for his sins, nobody is except for himself. I met some Christians who really wanted his story to be true, because to them the Bible is not supernatural enough, they wanted another testimony and instead exchanged the truth for a lie, and decided to worship the creature, not the creator.
Did not read the article, only the last bit "their students will be safer in Christian schools"
This reminds me of Rahab in Joshua 2, who came from an evil, God hating culture, but she saw that with the God of Joshua, life would be much better, and she followed God. I hope I'm wrong, but the parents and the kids only come to experience the freedom of living in America, the Christian school is just a tunnel they have to go through to get to the American/Chinese dream = Make as much money as possible
I just experienced sleep paralysis first time in a long time. It was scary, I hated it! I tried to do some research and guess what, majority of testimonies describe a demon like experience! God did help me minister to an african sinner last night, who wanted to find God but could not.Eventually we talked and I answered all his questions, read a little bible. Maybe the satanic world got upset.
I think the sad reality is that many pastors are simply unqualified to be shepherds. (Leviticus 20:4, 5 ESV) And if the people of the land do at all close their eyes to that man when he gives one of his children to Molech, and do not put him to death, then I will set my face against that man and against his clan and will cut them off from among their people, him and all who follow him in whoring after Molech.
I think export goods have something called quality control, most Bible companies are business's, as long as people demand quality of quantity, there will always be Bible's with correct italics, spellings, etc, even though printed in China.
To answer Jims question: Most Christians who were raised in the church know about the writtings of John Calvin and St. Augstine, as they were translated into english. The Bible school near me, has Warren Wiersbe commentary translated, John MacArthur, followed by Pentacoastal writtings used for devotionals. Seems like the church is split between Plymouth brethren and Charismatic influences, Paul Washer's recent chinese ministry has brought much of reformed theology and puritan works to china.
Amen christopher. And like article says, it's not all bad news, making the word of God rare, also makes it precious. And to be honest, it could be much worse, india, middle east, africa, N.kor, all suffer persecution that I cannot even imagine. Those of us who live in peace, thank God for that Grace. Now, the question is what are we gonna do with this grace that God gives us? Living in rich part of Las Vegas a long time ago, I was sad to see the north side filled with poverty and drugs, and the churches who live among them sacrificed up so much. I wish I could of done more with the grace God given me in the southern rich part of vegas.
