Should liberal envirinmentalist be sent to the cannibles? The impact of the writtings of a liberal environmentalist on human life, is equivelant to a 10 megaton bomb. By Liberal Environmentalist, I refering to the people who want to reduce Earth's population to 500,000. Not by 500,000 but to 500,000

No web sites to refer, no one to argue with; just wanted to say that I appreciate the contribution of Calvin. I used to be against him, and set out to disprove everything he said. The first time I read the Institutes it was with that purpose, and I marked up the book with objections. By the third time, I read more objectivly, and had to change many of my positions. I still use his commentaries, but I hope I don't become like some who go to Calvin before they go to the Bible. Thank you John Calvin, and all of those who have helped us know the real Calvin.

Right Decision; Wrong Reason. Even though Benny Hinn is obviously not a Consevative, Evangelical, Biblical Preacher. Brittan's basis for turning him away is not from a Biblocal concern of protecting Orthodoxy.
By their reasoning any preacher that is not liberal (believing that all opinions are equal)would be considered Extreemist. Actually; everyone who has posted comments thus far on this topic, would be considered Extreemist if we tried to hold meetings in England. Yes the Benny Hinn Message and Method is UnBiblical, but the bigger issue is that this precedent will eventually be used World wide to stop All forms of evangalism including ours

In general; this denominationaly owned property, paid for by the local congregation, is a very bad thing. The usual break aways are conservative congregations that are tired of denominationl liberalism. However, after reading the entire article, it appears that this local congregation is as liberal as the RCA denomination. Women Elders, Deacons, and board members?

Wow; with all these "experts" leaving their comments,it's a wonder that no one was able to address the issue, or to stay on topic.

Well; a few years ago, that would have surprized me. I guess the next group to approve of gay marriage will be the Amish and Mennonites. In the 80s I told congregations that within a decade, they would start being in favor of abortion. But, they didn't believe it. Yet now they are. Today, I'm telling congreagations that they will soon be acepting of homosexual behavior. They do not believe it. Yet, they soon will, unless God sends another Great Awakening.

Ginsburg was right to begin with; Abortion was founded, by Margarette Sanger, to eleminate what she viewed, " undesirables". Ginsburg does show the Idolitry involved in the motive for abortion; "CHOICE". That's the new god of America "CHOICE". My will be done, and noboby has the right to tell me I can't have what I want. Sadly; Ginsburg represent too much of America.

What is really sad, is that for two whole days, all the media oulets were obsessed with the story. Two other celebraties died, and one of the most important votes ever inour country concerning taxes was taking place. But, people were showing what they really worship. A pop star that likes sex with boys.

Two things I wish to comment on. The first is that it is dissapointing how far off topic many replies get on this forum, and the second. I've been amazed at the perspective of many of the people who have been posting replies on this web site. For example; the pro Obama and pro liberal-leftist post opinions that cannot be reconcilled with the sermons or writings found on Sermon Audio. I can only conclude that many people are only visiting this website to argue with conservative reformed christians. If liberalism is your sincerely held, you have to know that you won't find much agreement on a conservative website.

I believe they will say the Anti Christ, who conquers through peace and tolerance, is god as well. If Obama is not that man, he is surely a forerunner.

This shooting is such a tragety, and it does show us how much God's restraing hand has been taken off of us as a nation. Yet I do agree with those who are concerned about the "Skit Churches". From the little I've seen of the church, it seems to be in line with the contemporary church movement that does not practice the sufficiency of scripture. I would hate for my last sermon befor meeting the Lord to be "How to find fullfilment at work" I would rather have been warning the lost, or expouning the Bible to equip believers.
This is not meant to take away from the tragety of the event, or lessen the grief of those involved. But it does give us reason to pause and re-evaluate our methodology. I used to be on the cuuting edge of the contemporary, pragmatic approach to ministry, believing that "more people" equaled spiritual success. However; Iv'e had to rething that position in light of scripture.

Most people don't have a clue about new modern bible perversions and accept them with open arms? Why? No research or they heard the same old tired line stating that the KJV is "archaic" and it's hard to understand because of the thee's and thou's. At the same time they love the watered down NIV (HIV) even though it's missing 64,098 words compared to the KJV. Why? Because the NIV is taking from the "minority text" (Vatican Manuscripts- The Vaticanus and Sinaiticus) not the "majority text" (Textus Receptus) like the KJV. Wescott and Hort didn't believe in a trinity, heaven, hell, they were evolutionists and friends of Rome. They were worshippers of Mary. These idolators, you can thank for your NIV and other perversions of scripture. Research is so easy to do. If christians do some, they would see why other christians are KJV Only.

“ Great Sermon! ”
Thank you so much for this sermon Pastor Tim. In this day where legalistic touch not taste not handle not will worship religion is so plentiful there are still faithful men procliaming the free and sovereign grace of our Lord Jesus Christ. False religion causes us to look to self and make u a pharisee. Priase God his saints are looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith heb 12v2

“ Great Sermon! ”
A clear presentation of the gospel. Anything short of the gospel preached by Don Fortner will lead to people looking to themselves and not to Christ.

The Bible clearly teaches that we are justified by faith alone. Works are a result of our faith, but do not merit us any grace from God.

The Bible says:

Romans 3:28  Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law.

Galatians 2:16  Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified.

Galatians 3:11  But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, it is evident: for, The just shall live by faith.

Galatians 3:24  Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith.

Ephesians 2:8-10  For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
Not of works, lest any man should boast. For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.
