I found the video about Pope Francis being prophesed as the last Pope in this article fascinating. I find very interesting how it is coming to light all the corruption and illegal things going on in governments and even the United States. I lked what it said about people all over the world are watching all these events wars, corruption in high places and having a sense of something happening in our world today. Everyday I feel like I'm reading something out of the book of Isaiah before the Jews were taken into bondage by the Babylonians. It is no accident that Edward Snowden was where he was and then revealed things at risk of his own life.God is still in control and working behind the scene so to speak..

Tou-che'..John UK..actually the King James has always been my favorite of all the versions because that's all I read from but then afew years back I started reading the newer versions and it was easier to read and so I understand why someone would perfer it..btw tou-che' actually means, good polnt in case you didn't know French..just want to clear that up. Have a blessed day.

I will say this..there are some newer versions that's totally off the wall and the Spirit clearly shows us it is in error and the closer we get to Christ's return, the more of these we may see so need to beware of these..also I'm not comfortable with the Messager, not saying you are wrong if you are..just that I prefer other

16hrs ago,I understood exactly what you meant when you said,"how good it is for brethen to dwell together in harmony."For one thing it's a witness to the lost world. He who loves his brother abides in the light and there is no cause of stumbling in him. But he who hates his brother is in darkness..1 John 1:10-11 This is from The New King James Version that my son gave to his unsaved Dad for Christmas one year. This is what he wrote in it"As a great hunter needs his weapon, a great man needs the Word."My husband has taken his sons hunting even as kids( we love vension) our other son will read only the King James version..my favorite is the NIV. Do you think for one minute we are going to argue over which is the most accurate? Why no, the Holy Spirit inspired the Bible and He's the who teaches me..I'm not alone in this walk with God.

I don' believe that we can Judge another person but we can certaintly "inspect the fruit."Do not speak evil of one another, brethen. He who speaks evil of a brother and judges his brother, speaks evil of the law and judges the law.But if you judge the law, you are not a doer of the law but a judge. There is one Lawgiver, who is able to save and to destroy. Who are you to judge another? James 4:11,12

I will never forget a woman that was on a local Christian Church broadcast that the pastor wanted her to speak on her abortion. Like this woman she was now against it..regreted what she did and was now trying to make women aware of the consquences of that cholce to abort their baby. She said the women were allsitting around in a room waiting their turn. They were laughing, talking and carefree about the whole thing..later they were together again after the abortion. They were quieter..some crying..heads down with their hair pulled down hiding their face. My church supports the pro life home in our town for those women who choose to not abort and a shower is given for those who choose to keep their babies by the Women's Ministry. No condemation just love poured out and a helping hand for those who need it.

I've been married 49yrs. My husband let me know that he did not ever want me to work because his mother worked and he hated coming home to a cold house(no mom to be there). I agreed especially to stay home and raise my children..4..I felt this was my calling from God to raise my children in the admonition of the Lord..to love him as I did. We all had to sacrifice in order to do this but it was so worth it and my kids let me know how thankful they are that they had a stay at home mom. Their memories of home has always been positive. Sometimes I would think what ifs but God always provided our needs..always!! My husband worked hard to provide and even though he is not a Christian I have never had aproblem with him being head of our house. He loved me and only wants what's best for me. Maybe God gave me grace to be able to be a submissive wife, that's part of it I'm sure..being a Christian since age 12 had a lot to do with because I always understood this to be true..we are still happily married.

If a person cannot look at their body and say like David," How fearfully and wonderfully man was made,oh Lord!" And all the works of your Hands. They don't want to believe because if there is a Divine Creator (there is) then that means there is a judgement time for sins committed..a heaven and hell..and a time of reckoning(which is coming) and a time when every knee shall bow before our Lord and King, Jesus Christ..every eye shall behold Him..every tongue confess.that He is Lord! So even if you refuse to bow your knee and confess Him as Lord today does nothing to change the truth..so don't let pride convince you other wise.

Chris, you are the way you are..,you will never please everybody..there is always somebody that will disagree. I will make my comments as they come to me. If someone is disagreeable I try to see his or her point, if I can't then I let it go..next post we may have agreement. We kinda learn from each other..and there maybe someone reading the posts that don't have couage to post their thoughts but learn from ours.

Me too Christropher..why would God use you and jpw to bring me back to this forum and He did because I was really done with it. I sense your love of God through my spirit. Reality did admit that he was being a worm like Jacob and told Anne she had won..so that was enough for me to see his sincerity in the matter. I'm amazed at the people who read our remarks and some are proberly seeking something that's missing in their own lives..I just want to shine for Jesus but sometimes I let flesh get in the way..your comments are from heart and your personal experiences..mine too. Have a good day.

Anne and MS..can't begin to tell you what a blessing you have including all other ladies on here. Your comments have encouaged, blessed and I'm growing in my knowledge of what God expects of me as a Christian woman. I'm new here and don't have much fellowship witth other christian women. God led me to SA and I never to comment because were all men I thought on here..finally I got the courage up to make a comment and it was all wrong for most of their comments were very condemning..I cried and was so upset that I said I would never do that again but God sent afew to help me to hang in there as Christropher0000 said.Women need help also and God knew I needed this so much..I already feel close to those who truly have His Spirit and can't wait to read what God is revealing through comments and all..so happy for you Anne with the coming baby..I have four children. Praying for you both and thank God for you.

Btw..I agree also as christians we cannot just stick our heads in the sand and do nothing..we are called to be light and salt in this world and we need other christians to help us and encourage us. I hope I didn't offend you about John Y. Everyone was trying to help him and that's fine..apparently the Catholic Church is in a lot of error!! All your comments have truly been helpful to me and a blessing.

Hi Chris,I agree with the post about how you have learned so much from comments made on this forum. It's things I had never thought about before..on this very thread a statement was made that God used to help me deal with something that I've had to struggle with with for a very long time. He opened my eyes to see ciearly that how I was handling it was ok and not keep worrying about it...

MS...hearing this from a person who has been shown the truth makes it very understandable why this is such an important issue with you all. I regret even saying anything about something I know nothing about. I am learning though to let God lead in these matters on this forum.

I so appreciate your help on trying to understand the wrongs concerning the Catholic church. I really am in the dark about all this and Christropher thanks for yor comments about the grannies that go to hell which was their choice of course. God did not want anyone to go to Hell and Jesus paid the price so we wouldn't have to go. I'm going to look up all those web sites you gave me Michael to better understand and everyone of you for your prayers for my husband I am so thankful and gratiful.

I think what's going on with the militery and the changes that are hurting the Christians that are serving. I saw a video on youtube and the speakers remarks about his stand about this matter..it was Rear Admiral William D. Lee at the 2013 National Day of Prayer.I wish every concerned Christian would watch this video..I was so encouaged by this man's firm committment to the cause of Christ..he left his notes in his chair and spoke fom his heart he said..he told about a 20 yr old that tried to commit suicide but failed and protocal was for him to go talk to this boy and tell to talk to the chaplian..but i didn't, insttead I handed him a Bible and told him he would his answers in it
