You know it is easier to say God then Jesus Christ..

Even muslims think Alah is God. But when you say Jesus Christ that is a complete different story all togheter.

1 John 5:20

20 And we know that the Son of God is come, and hath given us an understanding, that we may know him that is true, and we are in him that is true, even in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and eternal life.

GOD has allowed him to be the POTUS - you need to accept that and get on with your life. If you cannot, then perhaps you may want to consider counseling.

I dont understand why they are still having problems with these doctrine. Its not the doctrine of election they have issues with it is actually the Christ who loved a people before there was time.

Another thing is I would leave the High priest position for the one who earned it by obedience until death even the death of the cross. He alone knows who to pray for in the world for it is He who overcame the world.

Luke 6:27-28

27 But I say unto you which hear, Love your enemies, do good to them which hate you,
28 Bless them that curse you, and pray for them which despitefully use you.

I do get your point on John 17 but we dont know who exactly is Jesus praying for BUT one thing we do know it for those whom he gave himself with blood and stripes.

Now according to God word he has saved sinners like these before.

1 Corinthians 6:9-11

9 Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind,
10 Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.
11 And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.

I am sure you will find yourself in one of the sins mentioned above.. Are you now to good to pray for the lost?

MAY WE WITNESS & PRAY FOR THEM AND OTHERS WITHOUT CEASING! "AMEN"

Now this is what we should do.. We must pray for them knowing that if God would leave us to ourselves we will perish.

I wanna say with Paul I am what I am by the grace of God and his grace is not in vain.

Ezekiel 16:12-13

12 And I put a jewel on thy forehead, and earrings in thine ears, and a beautiful crown upon thine head.
13 Thus wast thou decked with gold and silver; and thy raiment was of fine linen, and silk, and broidered work; thou didst eat fine flour, and honey, and oil: and thou wast exceeding beautiful, and thou didst prosper into a kingdom.

This is what is needed for the people in this church.
