Image validation is becoming a necessity in this day and age of spambots flooding guestbooks and forums with "advertisements" posts, etc.

Please do help us in this effort by visiting us often! And spread sermons you have enjoyed to friends and family who may also benefit from them.

This sounds like a classic case of some other program (running on your computer) that may be interfering with the Transfer Agent. Usually it's a problem related to a firewall program or some other sort of "blocking" program that may be running. Please try disabling any such programs temporarily and try again. Also, please be sure that cookies are properly enabled on your computer and browser.

Some options are: (1) Contact your manufacturer and see if they have a firmware upgrade to play lower-bitrate MP3s.. (2) Convert the MP3s from our site to a higher-bitrate MP3 (there are many tools you can find in Google to convert MP3s).. or (3) Purchase another MP3 player. There are lots available that play our sermons well (ie: iPod, Creative MP3 Players, Rio, etc).

The validation number is a necessary "evil" that we were forced to introduce on all public forms on the site in order to combat the plague of spambots making the rounds on the net spamming guestbooks, email-to forms, and discussion forums.
