Indeed this judge has clearly already decided his verdict before the case has even started, is totally biased, and should either recuse himself from the case and then another judge be chosen, or if he refuses, he should be taken off the case compulsorily and replaced.

I suspect that this would be the case under English, and I am sure Scottish law, (Scotland has its own completely separate legal system). A judge who clearly shows his bias before the case even starts is not a fit judge to try the case. Judges like that should only exist in absolute dictatorships like Communist or Nazi. Courts in those places have “show trials”, and the verdict is a foregone conclusion!!

As for these three young ladies, in USA and the young lady here in Britain that is pursuing a similar sort of case, I wish them all the best, and pray that they win their case.

Fairly long, Mr Lincoln, how long is fairly long? Would you be fairly comfortable with no live fellowship for 18 months to a year? When church services are eventually allowed, will you put up with being shepherded into isolated seats and pews for months on end, with no greeting or any physical fellowship, compulsory masks being worn throughout the whole service, no singing allowed, no communion, no baptisms, no Sunday schools, no fellowship meals, and deliberate exclusion of all old people and people with disabilities and any (even non-COVID19 related) health conditions until Bill Gates, George Soros, and the UN / WHO, and the various national government authorities finally give permission, having come up with a compulsory marking vaccine with digital marking tattoo.

Besides, not all people have access to the Internet, mobile phones, cable vision, believe it or not, plus these media giants have a nasty habit of peremptorily censoring and cutting off those things they don’t like, so churches that get too close to uncomfortable subjects for the globalists can get cut off, censored, blacked out or their app removed.

No, Mr Lincoln; it is not mass testing they are after, though I agree that should have been done at the very beginning of this whole crisis, so the sick could have been quarantined, and as far as possible, treated, and then tested again when they recovered, while the well (those who tested negative), could have been allowed to carry on as normal, with periodic testing. That would have been more sensible, would not have wrecked the economy, or unnecessarily infringed our basic freedoms. You quarantine sick people, you do not do a massive house arrest of healthy people.

No, the whole agenda here by the globalists who are taking over this whole crisis, which I believe was most likely created by them in China, but probably got out of the lab a little prematurely, was to install a two pronged global approach, of mass control, of a compulsory mandatory vaccine for all, combined with a permanent microchip or quantum tattoo which can be scanned for id, and to permit travel, access to goods and services, etc. This has been their desire all along,

To return to services in church, under these kinds of conditions that have been floated by apostate church leaders, and government officials, they intend in most countries to levy severe conditions indefinitely until everyone had taken thi

These conditions may well include things such as severely limiting numbers of people present, no Sunday schools, or children’s activities, compulsory wearing of masks, (even no doubt, by the pastor when he is preaching), no singing, a ban on hymn books, no communion or baptismal services, and of course, no social gatherings of any sort, or fellowship meals, combined no doubt with a ban on older and disabled people from attending. We have already seen this in Mendocino County, California, Alberta in Canada, and Germany. This could go on for months.

Are the pastors of evangelical churches going to supinely say for months to come, “Yes, we obey. We will do this.” If so we are no better off than the churches in China, where the government controls and suppresses churches.

I don’t need to hear what this woman bishop of London of the Church of England has to say!! It is prelates like this, the two Anglican Archbishops of Canterbury and York, and the Catholic bishops as well as the liberal leaders of churches like the Methodist and United Reformed Church (to our US friends, not to be confused with your United Reformed Church in USA which I understand is truly evangelical), combined with the tragically deafening silence of the evangelical churches here in Britain, which has ensured that all church buildings are totally closed and are likely to remain so for at least a few more months yet, not even being open for private prayer.

The Anglicans and Catholics here actually first banned communion or interfered with it, and then closed their churches completely before the government issued their order.

Later the diocese of London, and the Archbishops then concurring totally, banned all live-streaming from church buildings, even including funerals.

This does not apply to the truly evangelical churches, many of whom do livestream from their buildings, like the Metropolitan Tabernacle and the IFB church I listen to. However, because these prelates have the ear of the government, I fear we will have very difficult conditions when we do reopen, l

Now we are being told that this ban in churches meeting, or in those areas where they are allowed to meet with ultra-strict conditions, and rules and regulations as to how they should meet, worship, what activities they can have, is likely to continue for anything up to a year or 18 months, and church authorities just supinely lie down and say, to this government by decree, (no parliamentary checks or balances at all), “Oh, yes, of course we will obey!!!” Very often, even secular businesses and localities are not always required to observe such strict rules, and in some areas, police and health authorities will think nothing of bursting into church services, interrupting them, dishing out fines, threats of prison and quarantine orders, peremptorily like the Gestapo in Nazi Germany, or the police in Communist China, where this virus came from.

Would that we had more pastors like the Romanian pastors in the state of Illinois that came out of Communist persecution in Romania, and sought refuge in the USA, only some 30 years or so later, to encounter the same authoritarian attitudes they met with in Romania. They made a stand, and God bless them for it!!!

No, no, John UK and Jim Lincoln. You are not right in this matter. Churches in the USA, and in some European countries, where in person church services are allowed, under very strict conditions, are already disinfecting, spacing out, physical distancing, (sorry I don’t like the term social distancing), and doing all the same thing the secular businesses that are allowed to open are doing, and nay I say, doing it more thoroughly.

Now many of them in places like Germany, Alberta in Canada and so on, are even being told they may have only between from 10 to 50 people in a huge place, and singing is strictly “verboten”, I.e. forbidden, and masks should be worn at all times during worship and preaching, and the two sacraments or ordinances of the church, Holy Communion, the Lord's Supper, and Baptism are equally forbidden, as are Church weddings, (and for that matter even secular ones), and funerals are severely restricted, even if the deceased did not die of COVID-19.

There are a number of evangelical Christian outreaches to Israel and the Jews, doing some excellent relief work, but unfortunately they are effectively gagged from preaching the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ because they cooperate with various secular and even religious Jewish agencies in carrying out this work. This unfortunately is a terrible compromise.

It is much better for individual Gentile Christians to either work sensitively one on one with Jewish people sharing the Old Testament scriptures pointing to the Lord Jesus Christ (particularly passages like Psalm 22 and Isaiah 53), and if they do any corporate witness, to link up with local Messianic Jews.

All such work needs to be backed up by much prayer, preparation and be soundly scripturally based. We are indeed as Paul the Apostle stated so clearly in Romans 11 v 14 to provoke the Jews to emulation or jealousy because of what we have. Paul having himself been what we might call today an ultra-Orthodox rabbi and persecutor of the Christians in his past, knew that only too well and his heart burned for his own Jewish people to see them saved and receive their true Messiah Yeshua HaMaschiach, the Lord Jesus Christ.

There are a good number of Messianic Jews who are believers in Yeshua, and they have their own local witness to both Ultra-Orthodox, mainstream Orthodox, Liberal religious and secular Jews.

They have a lot of radical opposition both from the religious and the secular Jews. The Interior Ministry of Israel is usually and invariably hostile to Messianic Jews, and sometimes even tries to deny them their right of Aliyah (automatic immigration and citizenship which all Jews are entitled to by right).

What muddies the waters considerably is the efforts of hyper charismatic groups, prosperity gospellers and the so called “New Apostolic Reformation”, which of course is not new, apostolic or a reformation, composed of both foreigners and Israelis influenced by them to spread a largely false gospel. This undermines the efforts of the local Messianic Jews to spread the real gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ. The GOD TV channel was the one behind the infamous “Todd Bentley Florida Revival” which ended up in notoriety and scandal.

No, Mr Lincoln, no. You may wish to supinely obey every unconstitutional order that comes from a Socialist mayor, governor or other local, state or federal authority. You will be in good company with both the Catholic bishops and the liberal Protestant and tragically some very weak neo-evangelical leaders who are doing the same thing. Singing in church services has even been banned in Mendocino County , California; the Province of Alberta in Canada, and now in Germany!!

However, I prefer to be in the company of the Romanian pastors of Illinois, who came out of Communist persecution in Romania in the 1980’s and before, including harassment, discrimination, imprisonment and torture and who while observing physical distancing policies and good disinfection and cleaning practices, put their governor under notice that they will have live in person church services in accord with your US Constitution and Bill of Rights. Abortion clinics are regarded as essential, but church is not!! This is not acceptable. I wish we had evangelical pastors like those Romanians her in Britain. Our churches are still locked down.

As for any true evangelical church in Germany, they should in my view stand up in their well spaced chairs and pews, and sing Luther’s famous hymn loud and lustily, “ Ein feste burg ist Unser Gott” , (I think I got the German right), that is “ A safe stronghold our God is still” or if they are a psalm singing church, perhaps Psalm 2 will do very nicely. In English (Metrical Psalter 1650), that would be, 1st stanza, “Why rage the heathen?, and vain things, why do the people mind? Kings of the Earth (my spell corrector insists on putting in the capital E!!), do set themselves, and princes are combined,” and jumping to the 3rd stanza, “He that in heaven sits shall laugh; the Lord shall scorn them all, Then shall He speak to them in wrath, in rage He vex them shall”!!

I have just heard the excellent news of a group of Romanian pastors from ethnic Romanian Churches in the state of Illinois. These men and their congregations (at least the older people in them) came out of Communist Romania in the 1980’s, where Christians were harassed, persecuted, imprisoned and tortured by the Ceaucescu regime, right up until the overthrow and execution of this tyrant on Christmas Day 1989.

They have sent a very respectful and firm letter to the Governor of the state, Mr Pritzker, putting him under notice, that while they will observe spacing out, physical distancing, disinfecting and so on, they are going to use their constitutional right to have in person services, with no arbitrary limits of 10 people, and rules on how they should worship, etc. When these people came out of Communist Romania, in the 1980’s and before, and found sanctuary in the USA as fully legal immigrants, and adapted eagerly to their new country, they never thought they would have to begin fighting the same issues of freedom of worship that they had back in Romania, or that tyrannical state authorities and governors would dictate how and when they could worship!!!

Tragically, this same sort of thing was going on with the highly immoral pre-Reformation Renaissance and earlier Medieval Popes (who remember were also the secular rulers of what is now Central Italy and Rome, known then as the Papal States).

There were, I understand, legally or semi-legally licensed brothels, well visited by many of the clergy, and some of the Popes and Cardinals held wild parties in their residences.

There have been some investigations by some highly disgusted Traditional Catholic commentators in recent days, that show the high incidence of “passive” and even very active homosexuality amongst many of the higher clergy of the Catholic Church, particularly since the 2nd Vatican Council in the 1960’s, and coming to a head when under the extreme lockdown of the Italian state, many Catholic (and evangelical Protestant) churches have been closed down with police ready to burst in and interrupt and threaten services. The bishops have supinely gone along with all this, and yet at the same time, been involved with this lawless wickedness, as has the Pope himself. One can only pray that disgusted loyal Catholics will turn back to the Bible, to the Lord Jesus Christ, and he truly born again and saved!!

I watch mainly the live-streamed services from Metropolitan Tabernacle (Spurgeon’s Church), with live prayer and preaching from one of the pastors to an empty echoey church!!, and pre-recorded congregational hymns from previous services with congregation and organ, and then sometimes I listen by invitation through a friend and a business conferencing app to a service from a small IFB church in south London. Unlike Met Tab, this service is a little more interactive as people choose hymns and raise prayer points, otherwise very solid prayer and preaching from the pastor or one of the deacons.

Having said all that, nothing replaces the proper in person church service, and I really long for the day when these can be restored. It rests in God’s hands, but we need to be aware of what He wants to do with us during this lockdown period, and be open to it.

Of course here, churches have been banned from meeting in person since March 23rd, although the leading denominations had stopped meeting a week or two before that. They still are banned at present.

However, the lockdown, though moderately strict, has not been as severe as those in places like Spain,Italy, and France, and apart from some instances here and there not as stringently policed as in those countries.

However, I wish the churches had stood up more against the compete ban on in person church services. With no communion, baptisms, or any in person services, and churches closed for private prayer, it has been very difficult.

My own church does not do livestream, though the pastor does a weekly video sermon through SA; I watch mainly the live-streamed services of Metropolitan Tabernacle (Spurgeon’s Church), with live and idea hing from one of the pastors

It is not just the extreme Mariolatry of some of the Catholics here that is the problem, it is also the fact that this so called “Lutheran” Church, which by the way, Martin Luther himself would denounce in the strongest and harshest of tones, if he are around today, has taken the New Age occultism Mither Earth type paganism if Wicca, witchcraft, and done if the “Mother Goddess” false goddesses of Eastern religions, and merged it together, with an ultra thin veneer of Christianity, and a bit of Lutheran liturgy. No, Martin Luther and the Reformers that assisted him would be horrified and denounce the whole thing!!

I am also happy with another British court that said that a biological woman who gives birth to a baby is a child’s mother, but his or her father, even if the woman is now trying to “change her sex”. A baby has a right to a mother and a father, and it is wicked that our immoral revolutionaries are trying to deprive children of that right.

Praise God for this young girl. She rightly recognised that if this transgender nonsense passed and is forced on the schools, and on society, there will be no safe place for girls and women anywhere. If biological men who call themselves women, whether they dress up as women, take opposite sex hormone drugs, or have an operation, it makes no difference. They still are men, they have male chromosomes, and what is more, however they disguise it, they still have a male masculine frame.

They can still threaten and overpower a woman in a prison, a woman’s refuge, women’s toilets, showers, changing rooms and restrooms, and in sports, if they compete in women’s events, they invariably will win the competitions hands down, because they have the physical power more than a woman.

They will also I guess not be able to be tested for performance enhancing drugs, unlike the genuine women athletes, who have worked and trained hard in vain, because of course, they are pumped up full of them. This is just confusion and wickedness. I wish this young lady well, and am happy also with another court which said that a biological women who gives

Let us not divert from what is the problem here. Bill de Blasio, Andrew Cuomo, Governor Northam (Virginia - I’m not sure I got his name right); Gavin Newsome; Tony Evers, and many other governors, mayors, and other local officials have sadly proved that in a time like this they become petty tyrants.

By the way, Jews, though unbelieving, are somewhat different from Muslims, though we should live both and preach the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ to them.

What we have here is a mayor who bends over backwards to make the Muslims feel comfortable, and even gives them free iftar meals at taxpayer’s expense, (another mayor in Minneapolis even allowed them the full blast 5 times a day prayer from their largest mosque in the city), but he, the same mayor I believe who told people at the very beginning of this crisis before the lockdown took place to go out on the city, and that there was no problem, is taking every opportunity to harass the Jewish community which does, actually form a large part of this city. To Jews community and family is very important.

This mayor has attacked both Jews, and by the way, Christians as well, even unconstitutionally as I understand your constitution, threatening to close down churches and synagogues permanently. He had no right to do this,
